In order for the program to work effectively, it is very important
for our Freelancers and other Partners to follow the following guidelines:
- IMAGES: Do not put spaces in the names of the images you upload. They will not show up correctly in Netscape if you do.
- IMAGES: All images should be in GIF or JPG format. BMP's are not allowed.
- CONTENT: One week after submission the author will automatically be locked out of a submitted article.
- CONTENT: Proofread all of your submissions. We do not have the staff to completely proofread all submissions.
- CONTENT: Articles with numerous errors (showing a rushed effort) will not be released.
- CONTENT: You are not allowed to enter PRESS RELEASES for events and
businesses. All submitted PRs will not be released. The goal of our
program is to inform and entertain the masses.
- CONTENT: Do not include your email address in the content of the article since
it will display automatically.
- CONTENT: Do not include web addresses in the content of the article since
it will display automatically.
- CONTENT: We will not allow the swapping of authoring accounts. If you do
not want to be part of the program please let us know.
- CONTENT: Every member must have a profile shot or logo from their site available
so that we and our audience can see who is writing the material.
The BlackWebPortal in turn receives:
- Excellent writing by superb categorical writers

- Regularly submitted content that keeps the site fresh
- Exposure to your audience
