Web Usage Policy
- Transaction is final and nontransferable
When you purchase your web listing you buy with the knowledge that the
purchase is not refundable and is not transferable.
- 5 updates or 365 days, whichever is first
When you purchase a General web listing you are permitted 5 updates during
a 365-day calendar year. After the 365 day year is complete or the 5 updates
are accessed you can no longer access the account.
- Links and Banners are not allowed in the description field
Like all other web search services, links and banners are not allowed in
the description field. A link is provided in the web link or URL field.
Banners and pictures are also not allowed in your description since that
option is part of our premium services.
- No Adult Material
Adult entertainment links on the BlackWebPortal.com are strictly prohibited
and will be eliminated when detected. If indeed an adult entertainment
link is detected and verified $6.00 shall be deducted from the $9.95
for processing.
- No Illegal Drug Material
We will not be a redirector for the illegal drug trade and
thus if an illegal drug sale portal is located the feed will
be redirected to the proper authorities, your money defaulted,
and your listing terminated.
- No Weapon Sales Through our Listings
We agree with the right to bear arms but they will not
be sold through the BlackWebPortal.com.
