Mr. Conley is responsible for BlackWebPortal.com (BWP) Marketing, Sales and Investor Relations. His responsibilities also include assisting in site management, editing and writing news stories.

Mr. Conley is a Multi-Talented, Highly Resourceful Executive who has over Twenty Years Experience in the Media and Communications Industry serving in Multi-Cultural Environments, both in the Non-Profit and Private Business sectors. He is an Energetic Business Leader, a Committed Volunteer, and an Advocate for numerous Afro-Centric Non-Profit Community Support Groups.

Mr. Conley has served on the Board of Directors for the Manhattan based, Frederick Douglas Creative Arts Center. He has consulted as High-Tech Advisor for several Afro-Centric Non-profits in New York City and New Jersey. He currently serves as Volunteer Technology and Media Consultant for Sister’s Network of Central New Jersey, an African-American Breast Cancer Support Group, based in Somerset, New Jersey.

Mr. Conley was the lead Business Development Executive for the New Jersey based, Technology Management Group Inc., responsible for developing media, information, graphics and software development ventures for his firm. Prior to this position, Mr. Conley was the Business Lead for Governmental Contracts for Comlasa De Puerto Rico, Inc., responsible for Caribbean and Latin America markets.

In additions to his duties at the BWP, Mr. Conley serves as a Fortune 500, R&D Managing Director of Small and Medium Business, Voice and Data Solutions for the North American, European, Caribbean and Latin American regions.

In Mass Media Communications, Mr. Conley has written for the Pittsburgh Courier and Asbury Park Press, as well as Produced Films and Television shows for Syndicated and Public Television. He is currently developing Independent Film Projects with the French Algerian Film Production Team of Safia Djennane and Amine Kais.
